Muktinath Krishi Company has convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bharat Raj Dhakal on Ashoj 28, 2079.

Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the decision to float 55.55% right shares to its shareholders thereby raising paid-up capital to Rs 56 crore and issued capital to Rs 70 crore, as per the media statement.  More..
